How We Can Move Flamingo Forward

And Share in Significant Cost Savings

We need the support of unit owners at the South Tower to sign a Condominium Declaration Amendment that will recognize us as owners, just like you, with the same voting rights to elect a board of directors who will realize the changes South Tower desperately needs.  

This initiative will serve to unite all three Flamingo Point Towers under the management of AIR Communities to create significant savings and stability today and for the future.  

If AIR is hired as the manager for the South Tower, we will commit to reduce controllable expenses on everyone’s HOA assessment dues by a fixed amount of $1,250 per unit, per year for up to five (5) years. That translates into building-wide cost savings of $3.5 million.
